Be part of Gestalt-based experiential self-discovery journey through endings and into new beginnings.

Set in a coastal landscape of Split. It is an invitation to pause, feel and integrate. You would be embraced by the calming, green surrounding of Divota Yoga Garden placed in the center of Split’s Old Town.

This workshop is for those standing at the threshold:
- Moving to a new country
- Entering a new life chapter
- Saying goodbye to a relationship, role, or identity
- Feeling the tension between who you were and who you are becoming
What is it about?
This workshop offers a supportive space to deepen the awareness of your needs in the moment of change and transformation, helping you reconnect with what truly matters to you. It invites you to bring clarity to what you are ready to leave behind, while compassionately exploring and integrating the parts of yourself you may have rejected or set aside. Through this process, you are guided to create grounded, meaningful steps toward your next chapter, all within a nurturing environment where you can feel seen, heard, and met in the community.

Grounded in Gestalt therapy, we focus on:
– Awareness in the present moment
– Ownership of feelings and needs
– Working with unfinished business
– Embodied emotional processing
– Authentic dialogue instead of advice
You will experience during workshop:
– Gestalt experiments (empty chair, polarity work, dialogue with fear)
– Somatic awareness practices
– Small group process work
– Supportive witnessing without fixing
This workshop is for you if:
– You are relocating or have recently relocated
– You feel “between identities”
– You are ending something meaningful
– You long for deeper authenticity
– You want real psychological work in a safe group container
